As the Founder of MELTEM K\, she promotes healthy workplace relationships through consulting\, mediation\, and customized training programs\, including group workshops and coaching. The core tenets of her coaching philosophy are to harness the transformative power of conflict resolution\, effective communication\, creative thinking\, building healthy boundaries\, and instilling a collaborative problem-solving mindset.  \nMeltem holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business. With over 20 years of international business and entrepreneurial experience\, she brings a global perspective and cultural sensitivity to her work.
