The core tenets of her coaching philosophy are to harness the transformative power of conflict resolution\, effective communication\, creative thinking\, building healthy boundaries\, and instilling a collaborative problem-solving mindset.  \nMeltem holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business.
