This hands-on approach ensures actionable insights are always at your fingertips. \nInteractive Q&A & Personalized Action Plan\nThe session concludes with a Q&A and guidance to create a personalized action plan. DESCRIPTION:Boost Your Networking Skills and Build Genuine Professional Connections\nIf you’re ready to strengthen your outreach and elevate your career\, now is the time to boost your networking skills and build genuine professional connections. Beyond the Job Hunt: Building Networks that Work\, a two-part workshop series\, goes beyond traditional job searching. It’s designed to help you step into the New Year with confidence\, intention\, and a more authentic approach to professional relationship-building. \nShift from Job Hunting to Meaningful Relationship Building\nToo often\, networking becomes synonymous with hunting for a job — but that mindset can limit your growth. You’ll also learn how to track your progress intentionally while developing habits that sustain momentum in your professional relationships. By harnessing these tools\, you’ll be better equipped to boost your networking skills and build genuine professional connections that truly support your career goals. \nWorkshop 1: Intentional Connections — From Online Presence to Outreach\nMonday\, February 9\, 12:00pm–1:30pm\nThe first workshop focuses on developing a clear\, professional online presence that reflects who you are and what you stand for. You’ll learn practical techniques for researching companies\, identifying the right people to reach out to\, and approaching your outreach with clarity and purpose. \nIf large networking events feel overwhelming\, this session is designed with you in mind. You’ll leave with actionable steps to approach smaller\, meaningful interactions that align with your comfort level. Through guided examples and real-world techniques\, you’ll gain the confidence needed to build relationships that go beyond a single job search. \nSpeaker: Ellen Englert\, Employment Counsellor\, YES  \nPre-registration is required. \nSign Up Here\nThis workshop is available as an online\, live-streaming webinar.
