Social entrepreneurship is the use of business-like approaches to create, fund and implement solutions to social and environmental issues. It combines the passion of a social mission with business-like development, strategies, and innovation.

WORKSHOP 2 – ESTABLISHMENT AND FUNDING

Choosing the right type of legal entity to register your business is perplexing. Should it be incorporation (Quebec vs Federal), a nonprofit or a charity? What’s the emerging notion of B-corp? And then how about blood in the veins funding? What are the eligibility criteria for funding? Which support organizations can help you? Get the answers to these questions and more in this workshop
