Hiring or returning employees is a big step for any business. Get started on the right foot with the help of the McGill Legal Information Clinic, as we welcome them for an exciting Learn@Lunch for entrepreneurs. This workshop is packed with critical issues to consider when dealing with your workforce. We will explore what an employer is or is not allowed to consider when recruiting, basic rules regarding wages and bonuses, rights and obligations of employers and employees with respect to protecting confidential information, about the workplace and about each other.
